even stranger today, on the way to work it was doing the same thing but on the way home it was running fine, I would slam the gas to the floor and it didn't surge and rpms didn't drop, it only did it once when i was gunning it in first then shifted to secondit began to surge but just once.
could it be my spark plug wires and distributor if they are really old or if it got wet?
where is the throttle position sensor? could the sensor also effect idle, when i start the car it is about 700rpm then rev the engine 2 times it goes to normal 900 rpm?
