I'm sure there is a corollary here that someone can elaborate on: have any of you tried ground turkey for making hamburgers, chili, and other things you'd normally use ground beef for?
We have totally switched from ground beef/chuck to turkey for stuff like this. It simply has much more flavor.
Birds taste better?
Anyone else?
