You have a shop, for heavy use this is what you need, uses the same parts as your Dremel is faster and more power. I have been using ONE for years and it gets a workout. You can spend more but like I say, mine is five years old, I think I have gotten my money out of it.

I have the exact same one and it kicks the Dremel's ass. The only disadvantage is you can't use it anywhere you don't have air.
