not much different that the inboard side, just a little tighter quarters. use a screw driver in the vented portion of the rotor up against the caliper to hold it from spinning when loosening. careful though, while you are hold the screw driver to cleat it against the caliper you can pinch the shat out of your hand has it spins to "lock in". as me how I know....
