Keep speed down!!
Keep the speed down to a crawl, or it is possible that the axles will whip around like a mad thing, ripping out the wiring harness, clutch cable or anything else it can get a hold of.
Bagging the inner cvs will keep everything from sharing the grease and conversely, it will keep trash/dirt out of the cv grease.
