Oh man - that's interesting. i'd go drop the meds ASAP.
I would need medicine too if I went to bed at 8pm (!). What are the expectations here? You get up at 3 am to start your day? Because a geezer doesn't need more than 7h sleep.
If I was retired, bedtime would be midnight - get up at 7 or 8.
