I wish they would have tied up some loose ends a bit better, and been more solid on some of the themes. The film feels like it wanted to be a bit Kubrick-esque, but I don't think they went far enough. I did enjoy exploring some of the themes revolving around Portman's character and how she interacted with the shimmer. Overall, it was satisfying... I think. Not for everyone, that's for sure.
