Hi What year is your 911?
When you want to remove the engine all you need the floor jack..To make it easy for you remove the rear bumper .Which is 10 bolts and screws.
4 nuts on side harmonicas rubbers, 2 phillips screws on bumber rubber strip, 4 bumper to bumper shock nuts.Remove the license plate lights...and you are ready to go..Some 911 have heat shield protective plate ...

i use this one and with it there is plenty clearance to pull the engine out.
