You'll need to figure out if the relay has gone bad or if one of the inputs to make it buzz has gone bad, like a door sensor. I don't have a schematic handy to see what else besides the two door switches feed that relay. Assuming the 87 has the relay in the same place as my 85, it is not in a convenient spot to to connect your DMM for testing. Mine is behind the fuel gauge accessible from the frunk. From the front of the car, you'll see two relays side by side. If I recall correctly, the one on the right is the power window relay and the one on the left if the buzzer/relay. Of course, you can just feel which one is vibrating to figure out which is which too. Might just want to pull that relay, tap it a bit and plug it back in to confirm if relay going bad.
