Thanks Kevin, I didn't know why I thought maybe a difference in sheetmetal rib to surface distance.

Make sense the one piece looks like it would take a bit of twisting and feeding to get it thru.

It looks like our host sells the one piece reinforcement cheaper than I thought.

I'll try used first to match the car better and save a bit as well.
