The publisher sent an email recently explaining that 2 pallets of books were ruined during shipment from Europe and thus there were longer than normal delays to supply those of us who ordered and paid many months ago.
At least they were up front and open so patience is in order here; hopefully this delivery means they are starting to finally ship now.
