Shift Knob
How do you replace a automatic shift knob?

Well I got it, if any one was interested, to replace a shift knob on a 323IA you place the stick shift in to 2nd gear release the brake handle and pull the knob straight up with out knocking your self out in the process. I replaced all my inside interior trim from myrtle wood to titianium-Finish and replaced the shift knob with black leather. The interior now has a futuristic look, reel cool.

No set screw.

I,m sorry I was to quick to answer. Yes there is a set screw, it's a plastic 3 1/2" thin rod that extends from the center of the knob. It lifts up and down each time you press the lever.
