AC Going Crazy
The AC fan on my '01 330Ci goes bizerk after few minutes of running. It would cycle between the selected speed and the max speed repeatedly. It is not in "auto" mode and it seems to occur more often when it is hot. The fan speed indicator (the light bar) remains at the selected speed.
Anyone have any ideas  Thanks!

final stage resistor
very common not too hard to replace its in the air box by the passengers left foot need torx driver, a flashlight and small hands
