Hey Nick! just so you know, ive been sittin here reading and trouble shooting for about 4 hours. NOBODY has exact problem im having. I have a 2007 E90 330xi auto/manual trany, the one you can shift and also it can be auto, Well, when i turn my key to the on position, ABS light, llights up, so we no it works well once start car or whatever it never comes on, no issues as far as codes or anything, well when i do a DASH CLUSTER instrument test, all my lights and guages work EXCEPT my abs light..... any ideas?

What are you trying to fix? If just chasing a cluster test, where you expected a result that didn't occur, I would ignore the light not coming on. Unless there is an issue with the ABS / DSC and fault codes are stored.
