what do you do about a stripped radiator bleed screw?

Dealer fixed it two years ago and it's happened again. Have to bleed system every week if I want to drive it.

Any ideas are appreciated!

Is this why they never replace mine at the shop considering it's been in for thermo,,....fan clutch,...radiator ,...etc but I still have to look at that bent over and broken bleed screw!@
