How to drain the power steering fluid?

I would like to drain and replace the power steering fluid on my 2002 530i. Is there some drain point low down in the system? I have looked through Bentley and the BMW TIS/EPC CDs and can find nothing on this. I assume you have to disconnect one of then pipes, but which one? I am reluctant to mess with this without knowing what I am doing. I was thinking of just trying to suction the fluid out of the reservoir with a pump, but there is a filter inside that blocks the way.
