drivers door locked
hi can anybody help with this one
when i put the key into the drivers door the 2 back doors and the passenger open but the drivers door wont open the pin inside wont even pull up like its dead locked ????? thanks anthony |

Some of the BMW's have a double lock mechanism that will not allow you to pull the pin up by had if it is double locked. So the fact that you cant manually unlock it may not be related to the problem.
Pull the door panel and see if the actuator is getting power. Also see if the actuator linkage is broken. If those both test positive then you probably need a new actuator.
