mis fire when cold
BMW 5 series 2003 (E39)2.2L straight six
Engine misfieres on engines number 1 and 6 when cold for about the first 4/5 km, if you switch the engine off and on again problem disappears, runs fine when hot, have swaped coils and spark plugs problem still persists. Appreciate any help

My guess would have been that the coil swap would move the misfire. It didn't?
