what I need to look for doing valve cover gasket??

valve cover gasket
15 bolt washers/gaskets small tube of RTV (for the corners of the semicircles and the VANOS joint) The 15 is from memory you may want to count them. You may want to do plugs as well: spark plugs anti-seize (optional very light coat) di-electric grease (for the spark plug top connector) plug gapper (however, the plugs you should be using should come pre-gapped and not user serviceable, NGK BKR6EQUP, IIRC)

cover gasket+ bolt gasket........came in one kit? or have to purchase separate?
looking in parts list for my model, it is not very clear, (pelican parts) thanks.

They had to be purchased separately for both of my BMW's.
