I replaced the brakes on may 528i. 2000. And the dach light won't go off how do i reset it.

The brake pad sensors control this lamp. If the sensors triggered the lamp to begin with, then you must replace them (they are one-time use only). If they are brand new sensors, then the connector is probably not well seated in the plug. I would unplug and then replug in all of the sensors to make sure the connection is good.

Wayne is right on the money, I just did my brakes and had the same problem. Replaced the sensors and all is good now.
