Do the 1992 US cars have the 3.8 340 Horse engine? Also anything to look out for?

Yeah, if the engine needs an overhaul, you'll have to mortgage your house....
 Parts AND labor on the M sixes are really exhorbitant from all I have seen... dropping back from the flame front....
