Oil gushing from hose connection to oil cooler

My 2002. 530I has been sitting for a while. When I started it up recently oil started gushing from the front of the car.
Traced the leak to the oil cooler in front of the radiator . The lower hard line going into the cooler is leaking big time. I don't see any connection fasteners at this point.
How is the hose fastened to the cooler? Does this leak call for a new hose?
Or is the cooler and hose one assembly to be replaced together?
Does the bumper cover have to come off to access these parts?

Any help would be appreciated

Cheers Richard

In the tech article here on changing these cooler lines, it is a 3 series that is being done. On the 530 I don't see the single bolted clamping piece at the point where the hoses go into the cooler. How are they connected and held in place?

Thanks Richard
