BMW Roundel Could It Be MyClutch?

My 2001/325i has recently been making a high pitch sound when I first start the car in the morning. I don't hear it until I pit it in reverse and it happens every morning. It last for about 20 seconds or less and then it dissapears. I took it to the dealership and they said they don't hear anything. The service manager said it's amazing that I have 134,000 w/ the original clutch. His thought is that maybe my clutch is going. Any thoughts?

Did you leave the car overnight at the dealership? That may be the best way to
get a good diagnosis of the problem. I certainly could be the throw-out bearing
or the pilot bearing. The T/O bearing may not be completely releasing in reverse,
just a guess. Let us know what you find out.
