Free dual plug upgrade
Die Doppelzündung führt bei den neuen Boxermodellen von BMW zu deutlich besserem Abgasverhalten. Besonders überraschend: In Verbindung mit Super-Plus leistet der Motor rund 19 PS mehr. Dieses Ergebnis hat BMW dazu veranlasst, eine in Deutschland bisher einzigartige Aktion durchzuführen.
Fahrer von BMW Boxer-Motorrädern mit Erstzulassung ab September 1999 können sich freuen: Sie bekommen kostenlos ein entsprechendes Modell mit Doppelzündung im Tausch. Ältere Modelle werden umgerüstet. Es ist jedoch Eile angesagt: Pro Monat werden nur 40 Motorräder für diese Aktion zusätzlich vom Band laufen. Hey! It worked! I showed this to mydealer and he said O.K.!
Now I got dual plugs! O.K., he gave me a couple of used spark NGK's...
