I've spoken to some dealers on the sparrow message boards. That was one lousy operation. Lawsuits up the arse. It was just the car division. Now maybe (just maybe) with greater focus on cycle "saddles" there service will improve. I doubt it, but I hope it does. Its real spotty now.
