R12 header

Changing my headers. Bike has about 6000 original miles. Am I likely to need new header gaskets? Bobs shows and “E” suggesting they may no longer be available. Is there an alternative if needed?

Thanks and happy Friday.

Are you talking about the No# 5 here? The "exhaust seal?"

Look to be in stock https://www.ascycles.com/bmw/2007/R1200S/Exhaust%20system/Exhaust%20system%20parts%20with%20mounts.html#Part sTable

You shouldn't have to change the gaskets...

Thank you

Appreciate the feedback. Anything in particular I need to know about fitting the Remus headers?
