interesting experiment...definitive results
so i had not thought about pulling the CCP after the install of the laser chip...there had not been any discussion about it and riding with it did not seem to be an issue. so in my infinite boredom and desire to fiddle with things, i pulled it...guess what? the bike power will turn on, but will not start. interesting. so the CCP is back in the bike. the CCP i pulled out of my 04 is heavier than the one i pulled out of my 02...great now bmw is adding even more weight to these things. all kidding aside, is this something to do with the twin spark engine? dont really care either way, just curious.
