Loaded Sag

Can anybody give me some recommendations on what to set my loaded sag front and rear on my BC-R.

If you have recommendations for solo and with a pillion then that would be great.

Currently got the rear set at 38mm, still to do the front when I fit the new shock.

Thanks,
Andrew

It depends on how hard you ride and what the road conditions are out there. Unfortunately there is no "magic" number.

Having said that, if you ride hard, I'd start at 30mm for solo riding and then adjust up or down as necessary.
