bar end weights and back rest

Hi all... Anyone know of a good source for bar end weights, I have a friction throttle lock from Bobs bmw that works great but the matching weight on the left side is not as heavy as the stocker and my hand falls a sleep. Any ideas?
nother question.....any ideas for a back rest? not including changing the seat?

thanks
Jerry

Oberon Engineering in the UK do Barends in Alloy and Stainless. I use the alloy ones and have found no extra vibrations. Balancing yours (if you are just mounting one) could still be tricky.

I got a pair of bar end weights from Throttlemeister for my K1200RS bars with S heated grips - I only had to explain what I was trying to do once...cost around $ 80.00 for a set.

They even added a bunch of extra hardware for no extra charge.

Probably the best bike related customer service I've ever dealt with - they really know their stuff.

Not certain how to attach weights to the "Bob" product - I thought those included some kind of weight built-in? No?
