Hey Jerry,

No problem from me. I was just reusing your list to illustrate that this moderator doesn't delete things unless they're way off.

I think folks can use their own judgement (most seem to be able to anyway) on when to use OT. Different types of bikes, ride reports, rally info etc come to mind, but we're not particularly strict on that either.

So, Roger, "off topic" will only be allowed when it's moto-related in some fashion? Otherwise, non-moto "off topic" that's even "on a PG-13 guideline" will be deleted. Right?

Sounds about right Steve. I try to be consistent, but who knows, something might slip by one in while. This is after all, a 3rd job, or even 4th, behind the still once in a blue moon writing gig.
I'm sure you can sneak in stuff that I miss once in a while.
Shannon can probably provide tips

Haven't been to AZ in quite a while, but don't have the time right now.
If I get a weekend off in the next couple months, it will ideally be spent at a trackday. No dealer in the area? If you get desperate, you can always mail me the thing and I could sort it out.

later

I'm waiting for a 12 part to come in from the east coast. I wasted a race disassembling it.

I'll probably get it sorted out by next week.

the race for the needle bearing got torched in an attempt to pop it off the pinion gear.

My problem is due to a lack of oil at one point I believe.

Come on guys. The book on netiquette lists hijacking a thread as a no-no. For those of you who didn't notice, the topic of this thread is OT: Use your "OT's", please.... If you choose to deviate from the topic with such subjects as what constitutes porn or bad taste, or your rear end or other technical matters, and you're not discussing whether it is Off Topic or not, please repost in a new thread...of course the debate over porn would have to be appropriately labeled as OT.
