SPORTS SUSPENSION
CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO SPOT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STANDARD S SUSPENSION AND S SPORTS SUSPENSION?

I have purchased a secondhand set of struts here in the uk.The srings are the same colour as my original units ,which is blue/grey.Any serial numbers or different lengths?

Most of the early release ones have yellow springs however some of the 2001 units have steel grey ones. The real give away of course is the length. Both front and rear are longer. When mounted the bike sits a full inch or more off the ground. These shocks really work and when combined with the wide rear wheel and 180 tire give plenty of corning unless of course you mis-judge and let off the gas suddenly in the corner.....then the S heads will kiss the enemy slightly.......Best,
