I did not make it to the GMAR and missed seeing you. I wanted to tell you I enjoyed the "Glory Roads" showing at the Fine Arts Center earlier this year. I would like to extend an invitation to guide you on some of the most spectacular roads that you have never heard of in Western NC and Virginia. The ride you were on last year is just a small sample of what is out there to challenge you. Gary
O.K. I bought the '03 R11s from a Dallas Ft.Worth dealership, w/ 2300 mi. on the clock. It's my first BMW, and have always heard that the bullit-proof boxers aren't "really" broken in, or (burnished) untill about 15k, either way, it's bone stock except for the remus after burners. And I have to say that I'm impressed w/ the mount! After I got the suspenson adjusted correctly,she really handles great. Needs an aftermarket seat and 5.5"rear wheel.
