Damn Jonny the press sure is riding this reckless motorcyclist issue in the NW, it is big news that a "motorcyclist" was arrest for going 100 on I-5.
That "speed as a factor" always kills me, so if I wasn't moving nobody would have gotten hurt! If excessive speed is a factor then what about insufficient speed?
