Got this from the Mac-Pac. Good info on BMW coloring conventions and wire sizes.

It is a good chart.
Compiled by Robert F over on the airheads list. (just to give due credit) All useful except for maybe the wiper motor color code. But who knows. Maybe on the next LT?
