Accessory fuse block in plug kit area?
I just discovered the plug kit under the seat a couple days ago. I've had the bike for a year, it sure is well disguised!
![]() As soon as I saw it, I thought it'd be a great place for a second fuse block for accessories. Has anyone done this before? I'd love to see pictures before I start ordering parts if someone's done the heavy lifting before me.

How many accessories are you adding? I suppose it isn't a bad place, but there are some empty spots in the existing blocks. I added a SAE plug for a heated vest and just had an inline fuse pigtail from Aerostich that I used. Fuse block could just be messy and overdoing it, unless you have more than 3 things you want to add, IMO.

It sounds like he's talking about one of the Centech kits, which really aren't all that messy.
I can think of at least 3 things off the top of my head that would be good to add circuits for and wouldn't be considered overkill by any means: -Accessory plug -Auxiliary lights -Decent horn Then you get into heated clothing, GPS hard-wiring, and any number of other things that would create a nest of wiring without a fuse block like the centech. Though I'm not sure of the water-tightness of the tire plug kit, givn its location. I don't remember if mine had rust on it or not, but I know for a fact that my tool kit under the tail was rusty as hell when I bought the bike 2 weeks ago.
