tip for removing r12 screen so u dont scratch bike like i did
just a note to the r12'ers out there, be careful removing your windsreen...
see these little clips ![]() dont leave them hanging on like this when you want to remove the screen like i did ![]() take them off completely and pull the sreen towards you ![]() so you dont scratch the nose fairing with the clips when pulling the screen out like this (bit blurry but its the two large marks, the little things are bugs ![]() Last edited by chewie; 11-16-2007 at 06:17 PM.. |

Thanks for the tip. So far I've ordered two tinted screens (different companies) for my 12s and they have been backordered for the last 3 months. I'm thinking seriously about the spray can approach from the inside.
