I have to imagine that it was never seated properly after the previous reassembly. Perhaps you should ask the dealer to reassemble it, properly this time, at their expense. Were I the dealer, I'd gladly provide that service.

Just pull off the final drive. Take the drive shaft out clean and lube with honda moly 60 and put it back together. Like Bill say's it gives you a chance to check for damage. |
