I doubt anyone would put the $$ to bring that bike back to life. It may be worth that in parts, if you could sell the parts.

I did not buy it, someone wanted it more than I did!
Left over from the triple crown! THAT is funny
I am pretty sure the guy was going to rebuild it. Dash, headlight, front fairing, front wheel, front fairing frame, windshield is going to cost a small fortune.Should be less than what they are going for on ebay though.
I think I will wait for the s1000rr, there should be plenty of those around.

Don't hold your breath for that one, Carl... unless you think that each one sold will turn up on the Salvage market...

He does not own the HP2S anymore, Mike...

The old man he is, he'll soon join the league of old men (namely Sergio, Tuna, Kerry and I... hopefully Bingo sometime in the future) and ride a GS!

And you know how slow we are...

Cool. I bet that "FU" patch is particularly eye-catching on the GS.

Oh boy, you missed out then, John...

During the Yosemite ride we were treated to the FU1 - FU2 AND FU3 Patches...

Tuna is as fast on the GS as most others on their sport bikes... except where power counts... he also did a clean Colin Edwards impersonation, dipping down and right back up... but this time because he was to slow... lack of momentum!

As it were, he's fun to watch...

Ralfie,

I'm waiting for the day, that y'all get as old as me, and downgrade to the Rockster
You know, I'm now riding a "limited production" bike, since they dont make it anymore.. Of course, I had the foresight to hack and cut and paint and destroy mine into something unrecognizable..so it has absolutely no value what so ever now, but then, there you have it.
