Daytona BMW, Ducati, Triumph

Brought '07 ADV in for scheduled service this last Saturday the 14 (Nov) and got to look at the newly acquired lines: Ducati and Triumph. At first blush was overwhelmed by the multitude of different bikes and very impressed with the quality (visual) of workmanship on both the Duc line and the Triumphs. I was much more focused on the Ducati's and perhaps I've been naive in my assessment that BMW is the ONE and ONLY. Of course was also sucked in by the slick and gorgeous styling! Those interested, heres a quickie of what the dealership looks like with all the Ducs et al. Worth a trip for those in the area, and I know that they also DEAL nationwide!

The pix are in no particular order but most of the close-ups were taken to show the quality of workmanship, not photographic prowess. I was duly impressed, but a chain and no telelever, not sure if it would even matter to me???

For the photographers, nothing but the Canon G10 point and shoot!

Don't let all that red paint beguile you , John. BTW, I'm impressed by the Triumph Triple.

I really like the '10 F800GS in burnt orange. Never cared fro the bumble bee paint.

That triple is a beast and guess what, they are coming out with an even bigger displacement. I do not have the stats handy but it has a a diesel truck load of low end torque. But its a we bit on the porkey side. Yep dealerships are dangerous places, to many colors, oil and rubber smells, new bike smells, demos, crap its trap run forrest run.
