The one absolute best r1100s/r1200s bmw motorcycle picture

Ok, here it is. Post one, and only one BEST picture of your BMW motorcycle. Rules are below:

• Motorcycle types must fall in the intended board catagories of r1100s, r1200s, Boxercup, or HP2S. None of those touring rigs that should be over on the BMWSporttouring board and keep trying to sneak in here. Or Ducati crap and stuff like that.
• You can post only one picture of each bike you have owned. Not a bike you looked at, or simply found on the internet because it was cool. YOU must have owned it.
• You can always post a better picture, but then you must DELETE the older picture and posting. No one can have two or more of their same bike at the same time.
• Every rule violator must buy every board member he/she meets a beer of their choice, every time they ask for one, regardless of cost.

This is the spot to show off your one best shot of your motorcycle(s), and hopefully the thread will stay compact enough (if people edit properly by DELETING) that people do not have to weed through tons of pictures and blather to enjoy it. This is not intended to replace the "Show Your Scoot" thread, but just a "best of the best" thread.

You can/should post a little explanation as to why you like it and why it's your favorite. Memories, landscape, whatever.

This was always my favorite. I don't think I could take it these days, not only because the bike is gone, but the road is just too busy with tourists to park oddly. Amazing how towns transform in 10 years.

* main frame in black color (not coat)
* a " ³ " Sticker in blue is missing after that blue " HP "
*black or silver coating for the ugly yellow spring in the rear
*Ilmberger CFK front fender
*Ilmberger CFK front motor cover
*SICOM brake rotors front
*HP2S footpeg units (rumors have it they are on the way )
*werner-kit (rumors have it, it's on the way, too )
* a black crash pad for the end drive (important issue !) and
* a set of black crash balls for the front axle.

if someone likes black bikes then this one is already a kind of "seventh-heaven".

P.S.: Just realized that the "A-arm swap" is easy to detect with the mounted bellypan.

yeah there is a pretty reasonable chicken strip on there! I get different wear patterns if i use a 190/55 vs a 190/50, which seems to run farther to the edge, and the a-arm seems to have affected it as well. believe me i like to lean it in the turns, so the strip isn't from lack of trying, i am sure on a track i would have rubber boogers on the edge!

definitely not a flattering image and absolutely no glamour.
a working bike, not a pinup queen, the boxer cup rep is setup for a hard day at work (in this case anaheim stadium for supercross).

the egg on the tank is always aboard. the tailbag only goes along when there's too much junk to carry.
we don't have spruce trees or snow, so i substituted the giant "A" at anaheim stadium.
