Does the FD have an input seal?

Does the FD have an input seal on the shaft? I cannot see a good enough diaghram
to tell. I see the crush washer, but cannot tell if there is a seal.
*I have a little leakage/weeping on the boot just in front of the FD.

Very common. Seal wears a grove in #2, then starts to leak. Both parts get replaced. tjs
