The electrical harness at the handle bars is weathered and cracked. I would like to re-cover without using electrical tape, or replacing the entire harness. Looking for suggestions. Thanks.

Try the miracle wrap. it sticks to itself & creates a waterproof bond plus you don't have to pull the wiring part. I get it at a local hardware store. I've used it to cover wiring where the outer sheath has rotted away on my bike.

Thanks for the input. I think I might try the Tommytape. I like that it is water resistant and no adhesives.
