Holy Moly! I couldn't figure Steve's joke out for a while. LOL! It's like the things under the cap of a Mickey's bottle...

Haha, Gary, yup,...picked a 2013 1200 gs rallye....man I love this bike. I did not realize the improvements BMW has made since 2005. I am blown away. The power is great the trans is silky smooth even at 3 miles...you look into a turn and goes that direction....very happy! Looking forward to Curso nc. I hear you are going to be riding a gs with much improved cooling.I know that bike is going to be fantastic...hearing the reviews from people riding the out going model that rave about the LC..see ya soon.

Be safe,
Lane

That is a beautiful bike and I know you will enjoy it. SW Motech make a set of engine guards in red to match the frame.

Maybe we can ride before Curso/GMR, I am riding again after the Hernia repair surgery but am still limited by the elbow issues.

Enjoy the new bike, Gary

Not to praise the brand, but if you have not ridden a late model bmw bike you should, and I did not just come off of a r69. I am blown away. First time ever, the oem exhaust sounds great, the seat is a keeper, the (new) transmission shifts smooth and the wind sheild works very well. I can only imagine what the liq. cooled is going to be like.

Be safe,
Lane

My same thoughts when I got my '10. Can't imagine it getting any better, so I'll have to stay off the new one for at least another year.
