Roof Helmets
I think I want to buy a Roof Boxer helmet..does anyone have one of these? It appears I'll have to buy one from Italy or England unless I hear differently.

They are cool and fit well but a little more loud than my shoei. I have for the most part a new one I purchased from the UK, I would sell because I have a couple of shoei`s that use all the time. It has less than 100 miles of wear time and its the latest model the red, white and blue model...I paid $450-475 ish. I believe I still have the box...not a scratch let me know if you want it...it`s a large. I can take a pic if you want one.
Be safe, Lane

![]() Hey Mike, was not sure if you found the pic of this one. As far as the blue sheild, it is a light blue color but wearing it, you don`t notice the blue. It was good talking to you today.. Be safe, Lane

Lane -
The color helmet that you have for sale will not work for me but I am curious what you think of the hat overall compared to the Shoei hats that you own. My X-eleven is not particularly quiet or comfortable. I think the Arai shape fits me better but the Shoei hat I own was supposed to offer the best ventilation at the time of purchase. It gets really hot in FL during the summer and I do appreciate all the ducting. Do you find the Roof to be well ventilated? Is the Roof for round or oval head shapes. Thanks- Kurt

Hi Kurt, the ventilation,...I think is average, never remember it being a issue, I really can`t say accurately because I don`t use the helmet very much...I wish I was of more help. I have shoei rf1000? and a duo-tec...
I am bad about seeing something and buying it...its a bad habit..lol. One of my friends from Europe shipped some bikes over here for a big ride and when they arrived one of the riders had one...I had to have one.. The round head part, I know what you are talking about...I think it is in between...a Arai helmets I like the visor detent better and I think they look better, but the shoei fit better. Be safe, Lane

I found the roof helmet I had to fit large on the sides (very round) but see what webbikeworld had to say:
