sad, sad, sad news
...it is with deep sadness and great pain that i have to inform you guys of the passing of a dear friend and forum member:
Jeff williams got killed yesterday, when a driver in a pick up truck pulled out in front of him... i just got the call more info when it becomes available to me. Apparently he was riding his old RT. A sad day!

I also did not know Jeff but from his posts I figured him to be a great guy and a really good friend to those that knew him. I wish him a good journey to God and peace and comfort for his family.

I was so excited about him heading down to San Diego for a visit in a few weeks.
Jeff was a huge mentor in my early riding days, I spent many miles watching the back of his BCR trying my best to keep it in sight. Me and the wife visited him on our honeymoon, he treated us to a lovely dinner.. Jeff, you will be greatly missed. You were a wonderful friend and all around good person. I got the call from Sergio earlier this evening and have been in a daze ever since. It's probably been ten years now since the first get together that later became the Triple Crown rides. Jeff took charge of the group right away and led us on some amazing and crazy rides over the next several years. I don't think I have ever met a more honest and straight forward guy in all my life. Irreplaceable. Love you man
