New York tour

Hey all!
After next weekends races at mid-ohio, some friends and I are planning a tour from Pittsburgh up into New York. First night will be in Ellicotville, good brewpub there. Can anyone recommend any interesting small towns along the PA/NY border, or Finger lakes area? How about Watkins glen? I think we are going to try to reach the adirondacks and then head home.

I live in Binghamton, NY. If my bike is ready by then I'll be glad to go for few rides with you. Although I think my baby is going to be in the shop for a long, long time.

I think we are only getting as far as Ithaca. Planing on getting there on tuesday night and then heading back south or west on Wednesday. What's happening to your bike?

My bike had an electrical break down due to a short. Few wires got "smokey" and most likely the electrical harness has to be replaced and it will take time. I'll keep you posted.

Do you have any recommended roads in the Ithaca area. We are riding from Ellicottville to Ithaca on Tuesday, and want to ride around the fingerlakes area.
