I saw the banner for this on our way to the Long Beach motorcycle show. I was thinking something KTM X-Bow..
Saw it at show, and realized it was a 3 wheeled whatever it is.. I spent all of about 30 seconds looking and moved on... XBow would be fun, this thing, no thanks.. Matt

Can't be licensed in TX because it doesn't meet criteria for a motorcycle nor safety requirements of a car:

State of Texas
State of Texas has already said the Slingshot is not legal in the state because they consider it a car and will not pass state requirements and inspection. Reason why- motorcycle is a two or three wheel vehicle with a saddle like or similar seating. I would really like to see and driven one.

So I would assume the Morgan is also banned in Texas? Will they arrest you & confiscate it if you're travelling through their state?

out of state, travelin' through is probably exempt.
i've only ridden one, an old Henderson. it was fun, but i wouldn't want it to follow me home. the problem i have with all of these is that they're not a bike, they're not a car, and most importantly, with the stance they have there's absolutely no way you can avoid something on the road. if the front two tires don't hit it, the rear one will.
