Rearsets for an R1200S on a tight budget

Hey Guys,
I hope someone can help, as some know, I do several track days and have been struggling lately with my footpegs being too low and forward, I need them back and up.
I have been checking Ebay and many local stores but thanks to our currency here being rather weak a set of rearsets is completely unaffordable at this stage unless I skip riding for a whole year.
Anyway, here is the question, has anyone had a set made? Will billet aluminium be fine?
I have checked and can afford some offcuts which I could take to a friend with a CNC to make for me, he says he just needs a design though as he doesn't have the time to draw one up at the moment.
Where could I get a design that they could use to cut, is there a template somewhere?
Other options are used, are there bikes with similar rear sets that I could look at and possibly modify?
This is really a shot in the dark, so please don't hang me
Your help will be appreciated.

R12ooS footpegs

steve -- check these out:

MFW Vario Rider Footpeg Mount for BMW F800R, F800S, F800ST, K1200S, K1200R, K1200R Sport, R1200R, R1200S, R1200ST, K1300S & K1300R - TwistedThrottle.com

I just purchased a set of used ones from a member here and took them for ride. (in the photo linked above, they pegs are rotated down, but of course the "up & back" position is what I've set em to, and what I understand you'r looking for) I have the 30mm risers, but they come in 23, 30 and 50mm. And for the price, you can't beat em.

If you know exactly where you want the footpeg and don't need mutiple settings I bet you could make a set with chrome moly tubing. I have actually considered this for my HP2S only I want to drop them an inch, not back or up.
