Michelin Introducing Six New Motorcycle Race Tires In 2015

Michelin Introducing Six New Motorcycle Race Tires In 2015

This is the one that caught my eye...

- MICHELIN Power SuperSport Evo
The MICHELIN Power SuperSport Evo is designed for both road and track use. It delivers excellent longevity combined with wet and dry performance due to a combination of new rubber compounds and MICHELIN Adaptive Casing Technology (ACT).

Power Cup Evo:

This tire reminds me of the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires found on some very high perf cars.

Yes...That's the one which shows up on the Michelin site here as listed for the R1100S.
None of the Pilot Road 4's do. Interesting. Guess they see the 11S as a track bike.
Looks too semi-slick for the dusty, frost heaved roads, in many places up here.
Love to hear a ride report on them later in the season..

Nice to have another option on the track. I wouldn't use it in the wet though. Its worth the 20 bucks to swap to rains when its wet (when racing/track day riding)
