M Roadster brake pads
I have a '00 M Roadster that is non modified. the car is used for pleasure only. I also AutoX approx 20 events a summer, as well as two or three track days and driver ed. events. Looking to upgrade brake pads. Main concerns are no noise and keep the pads friendly to the rotors, and not producing corrosive dust. Loking at Porterfield R4s and the EBC (greenstuff or redstuff) brands. Any thoughts, suggestions, or other recommendations?

I hear the EBC stuff is not that good. I just purchased Axxis ultimate for the rear and Hawk HP plus for the front from Cobalt Technology. Check them out or Stoptech is another good source for your brake questions. I got my SS lines from Stoptech. They have excellent customer service.

Porterfields all the way. but they will squeak on the street. I'd reccomend gettign a spare set of rotors and pads strictly for the track and run your stock brakes on the street.
